Terms of cancellation

For reservations which have been confirmed and guaranteed with a debit card or credit card, the tems of cancellation are as follows:

- For every hotel stay less than or equal to 3 nights, the cancellation will not be charged if it is made at least 3 days before the date of arrival. If the cancellation is made within less than 72 hours from the date of arrival, the amount due amounts to 75% of the hotel stay (including all the hotel services).

- For every hotel stay exceeding 3 nights, , the period of notice to notify us of a cancellation without any cancellation fees is at least 14 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made after this period of notice are subject to a compensation as follows:

Between 7 and 13 days before the expected date of arrival: Compensation equal to the cost of the first night

Less than 7 days before the date of arrival: 100% compensation for the stay (restricted to 5 nights maximum)

Under exceptional circumstances, our hotel may not take into account the minimum period of notice and there will be no penalty. In such a situation, the hotel reserves the right to ask the customer for a  supporting document which explains the exceptional circumstances (accident, death).

Every booking modification or cancellation request must be addressed to the Central Reservations Office of Relais du Silence during its opening hours (Monday to Friday from 08 :00 till 20 :00 and Saturday from 08 :00 to 18 :00) by contacting :

Outside the opening hours of the Central Reservations Office of Relais du Silence, the customer is asked to directly inform our hotel by e-mail : reservations@lepigeonnierduperron.com (Please note that the contact details of our hotel are available on your booking confirmation or on www.relaisdusilence.com). The date of receipt of the booking modification or cancellation request will be the date set for the cancellation/modification.

No-show
In case of no-show and if the customer has not cancelled his booking as per the terms of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged by the hotel.
